Please stop creating duplicates when you know there is already a memorial made for the person. If you want your information added to the existing memorial, you can just send an edit. And if you want a photo added, make sure it's yours and not one you lifted from an obituary online or someone's social media account. F.A.G. states not to add a photo unless you took it or own it. And I will not add living family members names to recent obits/memorials. Again, it is against F.A.G. rules.

All of my memorials will be left in charge of
My husband's account should anything happen to me. His account is #51095763.

THERE HAVE NOT BEEN HUNDREDS OF STONES LOST. NOT SURE WHERE THIS INFO CAME FROM BUT IT'S NOT TRUE. VOLUNTEERS FOR FIND A GRAVE HAVE SHARED WHAT THEY HAVE FOUND WHILE TAKING PHOTOS BUT IT IS NOT AN OFFICIAL LIST. A lot of information has been shared with creators of the memorials in MVUC (OBITS, DEATH NOTICES, SECTION, LOT AND PLOT NUMBERS, history from the past town historians as well as from personal family journals by this account.) The other creators/contributor's control what info they choose to use or change on their memorials. There have also been messages that were left publicly here on Find A Grave that confirm the above. Candles have been left on the memorials in MVUC that have been confirmed with official records. The list from the Chenango County Historians Office is not an official list. There is a book being published on the interments in Union and it will be available soon. It will be an official list and history of those buried here.

***BOOK IS IN FINAL EDITS STAGE AND WILL BE SENT TO PUBLISHER VERY SOON***
