Ken died on April 4, 1938 at the Warren Hospital in Warren, Marshall County, MN from an extended illness of pneumonia.

Kenneth Brosdahl, 16-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Brosdahl of Alma Township died at the Warren Hospital at 2:15 AM, Monday April 4, 1938 following a nine-day illness with pneumonia.

Kenneth was born in Warren Thursday, June 1, 1922. In 1944 at six years of age, he moved with his parents to their present home in Alma. He was confirmed in the Alma Lutheran Church November 14, 1927 and four of his class, Harry Swenson, Howard Bjorgaard, Harold Linstrom and Glen Solum, together with Dale Benson and Lloyd Cole will act as pallbearers.

Besides his parents, he is survived by two sisters, Eunice and Jean and one brother Dale, all at home.
