Actress. Born Alice Jones, she was a character actress who appeared in both films and television during a career that spanned six decades. She attended a convent boarding school in Scotland. After stays in Cardiff, Wales, and Quebec, Canada, she and her mother eventually settled in Long Beach, California where she attended Long Beach City College. Later she was named the first Miss Scotland and received a participation award by the Miss Universe pageant. She went into acting while in her teenage years and received her first role in the television series "Dragnet" in 1956. She would go on to appear in such television series as "I'm Dickens, He's Fenster", "The Real McCoys", "The Lively Ones", "Burke's Law", "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.", "My Three Sons", "Dragnet 1967", "Ironside", "One Day At A Time", "CHiPs", Trapper John M.D.", "Dallas", and "Baywatch". She also appeared in numerous films during her career with such credits as "The Errand Boy" (1961), "Who's Minding the Store" (1963), "The Patsy" (1964), "Good Neighbor Sam" (1964), "The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini" (1967), "Rubia's Jungle" (1970), and "The Teacher" (1974). After leaving acting in the early 21st century, she worked as a nurse.
