Son of Guiseppe (Joseph) Dannibale and Lorata Tiberia Dannibale. Known as "Tony Dannibale" prior to enlisting in the Marine Corps. Attended Solvay High School and worked for the Crucible Steel Company.

PFC Danebro was killed in action while serving with Fox Company, Second Battalion, 5th Marines on Guadalcanal. He was buried in the field near Point Cruz, but his remains were never recovered or identified after the war.
