A retired bookkeeper, her passions were travel, reading and baseball; especially the New York Yankees and watching her grandchildren participate on various teams/leagues.
Fran is survived by her husband John Mahusky whom she married on October 2, 1955; sons Michael (Susann) Mahusky of New Bloomfield, PA, Thomas (Kimberlee) Mahusky of Marlboro and daughter Donna (Jeffrey) Ryan of Gray, Maine. Further survived by seven adored grandchildren; Jonathan M. Mahusky; Daniel G. Mahusky; Gregory T. Mahusky; Brendan T. Mahusky and Matthew J. Mahusky all of Marlboro and Olivia F. Ryan of Rosenberg, TX and Abigail K. Ryan of Portland, Maine. Also surviving is a niece, Joann Rizzo Chase of Tennessee and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by all her siblings, Joseph Rizzo, an infant; Alice Rizzo at age 12 and Thomas Rizzo, Jr. at age 24.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4:00-8:00pm at the DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro.
A mass of Christian burial will be offered on Saturday afternoon at 1:00pm at St. James-St. Mary's Church, 1209 Route 9W, Marlboro with Father Thomas Dicks officiating.
Entombment will follow in Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Middle Hope.
