Barbara, 77, Wapakoneta, died at 3:05 a.m., at St. Rita's Hospital.

She was the daughter of Harold and Erma (Klawitter) Welch. On Jul 8, 1958, she married Carl Cramer Sr., who survives in Wapak.

Also surviving are a daughter, Brenda Rolling, Ft. Wayne, IN; two sons: Carl 'J.R.' (Jill), Wapak, and Micheal 'Scott' Cramer Sr., Nashville, TN; a brother, Duane (Carol), Wapak; a sister, Evelyn Jones, Wapak; an uncle LaVerne (Donna) Klawitter, Wapak; and nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Deceased are a son-in-law, Jon Rolling; a daughter-in-law, Deborah Cramer; and a brother, Everett 'Smokey' Welch.

A homemaker, she worked in retail sales and raised four of their grandchildren. She was a member of Wapakoneta Community Worship Center where she loved serving. She loved animals but most of all she loved being with her family and friends.

Services will be at Wapakoneta Community Worship Center, with Pastors Dan Holbrook and Jerry Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery.
