Leslie “Les” Sileargy, age 77, of Gahanna, Ohio passed away peacefully on March 23, 2017. He was born October 9, 1939 in Martins Ferry, Ohio to the late Leslie and Elizabeth (Czapp) Sileargy. Also preceded in death by his sister Irene Gasoway. He was a graduate of Martins Ferry High School, served in the USAF, attended The Ohio State University and was a member of St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church. Les worked downtown as a computer analyst for the State of Ohio and retired in 1998 with 30 years of service. He played in the India-Oak Bar dart league and was an avid golfer. Nothing was more important to Les than his family and he loved being a grandpa! He is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Joyce (Vitchner) Sileargy; sons, Daniel (Lisa) Sileargy, Michael (Mindi) Sileargy and beloved grandchildren, Isabella and Michael; extended family and friends. Family will welcome friends 5-8 pm Monday, March 27, 2017 at Schoedinger Northeast Chapel, 1051 E. Johnstown Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230. Mass of Christian Burial 10 am Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at St. Matthew the Apostle, 807 Havens Corners Rd., Gahanna, OH 43230 with burial to follow at Greenhill Cemetery, Johnstown
