AUGUSTA - Dorothy Chase passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, at Lakewood Continuing Care Center in Waterville. She was born on Nov. 5, 1933. "Her life was blessed with many dear friends, particularly her Bingo Buddy James Dixon."
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard; mother and father Hazen and Dorothy; brother, Hazen and sisters, Margaret and Shirley.
She is survived by four daughters, Barbara, Brenda, Belinda and Bridgette and one son Bruce; along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A special thank you to the staff of Lakewood Continuing Care Center for the care they gave to make her last days comfortable.
