I'm recently retired and ready to start a new life. I still want to spend time working on Find-a-Grave as I enjoy it but I do plan to spend less time on-line and more time in the world.

I'm caught up to about October 23 correction suggestions. I won't be seeing emails, messages or corrections until the next time. Thanks!!

I've had to disable messages yet again due to a few contributors leaving completely ridiculous messages. That said, you can reach me by sending an 'other' correction on any memorial I manage.

I do request sources on some corrections, so if you can't back it up, please don't send it. An Ancestry tree is not a source without citations.

Hi. Most of the memorials are for family to find and to ask for the management be transferred to them. All others: use the Edit function in the upper right of a memorial for corrections and suggestions.

Since so many people don't understand that edits should be done through the EDIT tab, I have finally had to close down the ability to post to my wall. Please use the appropriate option(s) on the EDIT tab to submit additions and corrections. Any memorial is a point of contact. I generally get my edits done within a week.

Once again I have had to remove my message board. Why? Cause people us it for the wrong reason. Request must be made according to Find A Grave guidelines. No corrections or transfers will be made from message board.

If you have found a family member Memorial on Find A Grave then you are the recipient of some kindness and effort on the part of a volunteer. Someone once said that creating Memorials on FAG is like the proverbial Message-in-a-bottle— being cast out onto the sea of the internet, waiting to be found and linked back to a family.
