Brett Michael Howard, age 26, of Billings, formerly of Helena, died April 24, 2005 in Billings as a result of an automobile accident.
Brett was born in Helena May 14, 1978, to Jeff and Denise (McPherson) Howard. He received his education in Helena, graduating from Capital High School in 1997. He attended one Vo-Tech where he learned his carpentry skills. Brett was working in Billings for Jeff Kirby Construction at the time of his death. His pastime interests were boxing, painting ceramics, hunting, softball and his dog Zeus.
He was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Community.
We ask ourselves? How do we encapsulate all of the beauty and sensitivity that was our Brett? How he loved life to the fullest. How he gave his all to everything he did. How he loved unconditionally and gave as much as he received. He touched all who came in contact with him, we all will miss Brett. He was our heart and soul — one of the loves of our lives.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Shirley McPherson, paternal grandparents, John and Mary Howard.
Brett is survived by his parents, Jeff and Denise Howard; his brother, Beau Howard of Helena; and his maternal grandfather, Jerry (Jennie) McPherson of Fort Peck.
