There are 2 grave locations for Brice Childers, his wife Oral Jane (Adkins) Childers, and one of their sons, Vaughn Denver Childers. Brice Childers is buried in the Childers Cemetery on Bowling Fork Road in Pike County, KY. There is a double headstone for him and Oral. However, Oral is buried in Danville Memorial Gardens in Danville, VA. There is also a stone there to mark Brice as well. Their son Vaughn Denver was in the US Navy and was killed during World War II. I am not certain his body was ever recovered. I have found no proof that it was. There is a marker for him in the Childers Cemetery on Bowling Fork Road as well as in Danville Memorial Gardens.
