MRS. SARAH MATTESON
DIES, AGED NINETY-TWO
Mrs. Sarah A. Matteson, aged 92
years, died at 6:30 o'clock Thursday
morning at the home of her daughter
, Mrs. C. M. Greene, No. 727 Gotham
street. The funeral will be
held at the late home at 2 o'clock
Saturday afternoon and interment
will be made at Brookside cemetery.
Mrs. Matteson was the widow of
Elisha A. Matteson, who died in 1888.
She was born in Pamelia, but later
moved to Hounsfield, where she lived
for 40 years . She had lived with her
daughter for some time past. Besides
her daughter, Mrs Greene, she
is survived by two sons , Lorenzo C.
Matteson of this city and Clark R.
Matteson of Strongville, O., and one
brother, George Weaver of Watertown.
