ASHLAND — Sandra Ruth Salyers, 62, of Ashland, died Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 8, 1948, in Boyd County, the daughter of the late James Robert and Goldie Rice Salyers.
She was a retired nurse for the Ramey-Estep Homes.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Freda Salyers, and two brothers, Stephen Salyers and Roger Salyers.
