Son of Alpheus Clay Boggs and Mary Teters Boggs. He married Ena Barr Boggs. Mr. Boggs was employed as a bridge builder in Indiana nd Ohio. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran from WW II. Mr. and Mrs. Boggs were member of the First Baptist Church of Grantsville and life member of the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Ena Barr Boggs; one daughter, Kathryn Rishak of Atlanta, Georgia; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Linda Boggs of Akron, OH; four grandchildren, and five grea-grandchildren.
Funeral services were handled by Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, WV.
