He was the son of Margaret Mary (Engbert) Case of Johnstown and the late Paul Richard Case.
Mr. Case was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, New Oxford and was formerly employed by Rutters in Abbottstown, WYCR in Hanover, WGTY in Gettysburg and WHVR in Hanover.
He was the husband of Carrie R. (Starry) Case and, in addition to her and his mother, is survived by one daughter, Sarah R. Getz of York Springs; one son Nicholas P. Case of York Springs; three brothers, Richard Case of Eyria, OH, Daniel Case of Westminster, MD and Gregory Case of Red Lion; one sister Josephine Elleman of Xenia, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.
