Sharon Kay Jacobs, 61, of Alexander, Arkansas died Monday, February 20, 2013 in Benton, Arkansas.
She was born April 30, 1951 in Mulberry, Arkansas to John Henry and Ruth James Robinson Owen.
She was a R.N. for 22 years at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. She loved gardening and catfishing.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 25, 2013 at Shaffer Funeral Home in Ozark, Arkansas with Glenn McAllister and Raymond Wilbourn officiating and burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
She is survived by her husband Joseph "Joe" Robert Jacobs, Sr.; one son Joseph Robert Jacobs Jr. of Little Rock; one daughter Jill Rebecca Lewis of Alexander; five grandchildren; one brother Ralph Owen; three sisters Fay and Gay Gilbreth, and Cora Maye Raper.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Shaffer Funeral Home at 2315 West Commercial in Ozark.
