Linne Mae Avery was born on October 14, 1889, to William and Anna (Freedee) Avery. She married Alfred Earl Findlay on January 12, 1911. She and Alfred were the parents of 4 beautiful children: Erma Lucille, Evelyn Marie, Budd Avery, and Maxine Beryle Findlay.
Linnie passed away from Tuberculosis at Almont Hospital in 1920, after being kept previously in a sanitarium.
