Rose Henderson was an advocate for the rights of women, for the rights of children to go to school, be fed and housed well. In 1914 she was elected vice-president of the Québec wing of the Canadian Suffrage Association(CSA. She was an early member of the CCF party (NDP) and ran for parliament unsuccessfully in Vancouver. She toured the country speaking about her beliefs in the 1920's.Death reported in the Baha'i News March 1937
