Mr. Adcock's wife, Viola Meador Adcock, died April 16, 1977. They were married Jan. 15, 1927. He was a Methodist. His parents, Gordon and Dannie Maggard Adcock, preceded him in death.
Survivors: Two sons, Buddy Adcock of Denton and Kenneth Adcock of Fort Worth; three daughters, Pat Faught of Krugerville, Sandy Adams of Denton and Mary Ford of Carrollton; brother, Olin Adcock of Loving; sister, Thelma Davis of Dallas; seven grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
