Anna Laurie (Whitt) Stephenson, 79, of Peebles, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 8, 2004. Mrs. Stephenson was born on July 23, 1924 the daughter of the late Calvin and Seppie P. (Copas) Whitt of Otway, Ohio. She was married to Willie Daniel Stephenson on October 15, 1940. They had 11 children - 9 boys and 2 girls. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sons, twins Chester Stephenson and Lester Stephenson. She was survived by her children, sons Elmer, Richard, Bill, Sam, Wayne, Jessie and Joe Stephenson and daughters Katherine Nesbitt and Betty Stephenson and a special granddaughter that had always lived with her, Tiffany Stephenson. She left behind 27 other grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
