HARTSVILLE — Funeral services for Ronald C. Ronnie Turner Sr., 58, who died Thursday, Nov. 9, 2006, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, from Emmanuel Baptist Church. Dr. Gary Colboch and Dr. Milton G. Frazier will officiate. Burial will be in Westview Memorial Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Ronnie was born in Hartsville a son of George D. Turner Jr. and the late Iva Sellers Turner. He was assistant manager at Piggly Wiggly, member of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Living Hope Sunday School Class and a Vietnam veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Betty Jo Huggins Turner of Hartsville; his father of Hartsville; son, Ronald C. Ron Turner Jr. of Charleston; brother, Mitchell (Judy) Turner of Hartsville; and sister, Denise (Robin) Hagy of Anderson.
