MILLER PASTOR VERN LOYAL MILLER, 86, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013. He spent his life serving God and others. He was the founding pastor of Lee Heights Community Church and served the community through the Lee Miles Ministerial Alliance, the Lee Miles Hunger Center and the Lee Miles Housing Corporation. Vern was married to the late Helen Hostetler Miller for 60 years. He was the devoted father of Robin (Cynthia) Miller, Renita (David) Strange, Rosina (Craig) Berkey, Rochele (Nathan) Beachy and Ryan (Lisa) Miller. Also mourning his loss are his brothers, Vernon (Margaret) Miller, Duane (Lavonna) Miller, 13 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends. VISITATION AUG. 12, 2013 AT LEE HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CHURCH, 4612 LEE ROAD, AT 9:30 A.M., funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lee Heights Community Church Scholarship Fund.
