Shannon Michael Brown, 40, of Lexington, when to be with his Lord, Saturday, August 31, 2013, at his residence.
Shannon was born July 27, 1973, in Ashland, KY., son of Michael C. and Joyce "Jody" E. Shavers Brown.
Shannon was an avid UK sports fan and fisherman, most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his loving daughters, Mary Beth Brown and Sara Lynn Brown both of Ashland, and Evelyn Jade Brown of Oldtown.
Shannon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank and Evelyn Shavers, and paternal grandfather, Nathan Brown.
Including his parents, and daughters, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Belva Brown of Wurtland and several aunts, uncles and extended family.
A private graveside service will be held Wednesday, September, 4, 2013 at the Cribbs Hill Cemetery, with Denver Prater officiating.
