Bobby was born to Mary and Ross Wilbern in Newport News Va. He has one older sibling Thelma. In 1970 he married his first wife, Julia Losier and they had two children Angela Dawn and Joseph Anthony Wilbern. He divorced in 1976 in CA. After this Bobby became a wonderer. I have just learned today that Bobby now known as (Bob) had come to find himself. He cleaned up his act. He completed the 12 step program for AA. He remarried 2/29/1996 to Karyn Rex McKinney Wilbern. She had four small children that he came to love very much, their names are Patrick, Crystal, Erina and Casey. On May 22, 2000 Bob was killed in a one truck vehicle accident in Peroria Il. He was Cremated and is current still residing with Karyn's other cremated family members. She said that he became a clean, sober, drug free man who apparently had passed all odds against him. He loved driving trucks. He held his job. His passion was doing body work on vehicles. He also loved race cars. He never did drive professionally. Karyn tells us that he did not mention to much on his past or his family. He talked about his grandmother Minnie (Atiller). God love him.
