Age 90, of Isanti. Marian Mabel Kafer was born in Minneapolis to William (Bill) and Florence (Morton) Jarrett. She was raised in Detroit Lakes and graduated from Detroit Lakes High School. On July 21, 1944 she married Virgil Kafer. After a short time they moved to the Minneapolis area. They owned and operated "Kafer Krafts" for 25 years. In 1978 they moved to Isanti. In 2010 Marian moved to Solbakken Assisted Living in rural Isanti. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil; son, Russell; sister, Joyce Gray; brother, Kenneth Jarrett.
