James Phalon, who had been in failing health for several months, died Saturday evening at his home on Water street, aged 48 years. The deceased was born in Lowville and passed nearly all of his life in this place Besides his wife and one daughter. he is survived by his mother, Mrs Bridget Phalon;
brother, Denni Phalon, of Lowville, and two sisters Mrs. Kate Pflefer, of Utica, and Minnie of Cortland
