John Stephen Conrad (46) of Astor, Fla. formerly of Pendleton County, KY passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2013. John was born in Owenton, KY on July 24, 1967, son of Rachel Stearman Conrad and the late Rev. James Conrad. In addition to his father, John is preceded in death by his brother- James Ray Conrad.
John was a member of the Second Twelve Mile Baptist Church.
Survivors include his Mother- Rachel Stearman Conrad- Foster, KY. Brothers- Joe Conrad- Alexandria, KY. Jack (Julie) Conrad- Ft. Mitchell, KY. Nieces- Isabella and Elise Conrad- Ft. Mitchell, KY. and his Devoted Girlfriend- Peggy Knight- Orlando, FL.
Visitation: 5-8 pm Friday, January 3, 2014 at the Second Twelve Mile Baptist Church- Peach Grove, KY and also from 10-11 am on Saturday, January 4, 2014 also at the church. Funeral services will follow immediately at 11 am at the church under direction of Peoples Funeral Home. John's final resting place will be in the Short Creek Cemetery- Pendleton Co., KY. Memorials, if desired, are suggested to the Second Twelve Mile Baptist Church, 5793 KY Hwy. 154, Butler, KY 41006.
