Ruth J. Waller, 89, formerly of Rockford and a resident of The Haven in the Texas Hill Country, located in Kerrville, Texas, died early Wednesday morning (Nov. 9, 2005) at her home in Texas.
Ruth Josephine Waller was born on Nov. 6, 1916, in Deerfield, Iowa, the daughter of Ed and Ruth (Schrieber) Welch. She was united in marriage to Robert Waller Sr. and the couple became the proud parents of a son, Robert Waller Jr.
She is survived by her son, Robert Waller Jr. and his wife, Linda Bow, of Harper, Texas; her granddaughter, Rachael Waller and her husband, Rod Rondeaux, and her great-granddaughter, Cheyenne. She will also be sadly missed by numerous other relatives and friends.
Preceding Ruth in death are her husband, Robert Waller Sr. in 1979; her parents, Ed and Ruth Welch; four sisters and one brother.
