Toronto Soldier Killed near Gaspe as Truck Skids

Gaspe, Que. May 24 - Cpl. John B. Webster, 22, of a Toronto regiment stationed here was killed near here Saturday when the army truck in which he was riding crashed through a low bridge. The driver and only other occupant of the truck suffered minor injuries. His name was not given.
