Longtime Duncan resident WONETA H. HAMILTON, 94, of 104 Hamilton Road, died Tuesday, Nov. 8, 1988 in a Duncan nursing home after a short illness.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Duncan Cemetery, with the Rev. Phil Wahl officiating. Burial is under the direction of Don Grantham Funeral Home.
Born Dec. 4, 1893 in Indian Territory, she was a homemaker. She married John Hamilton, who preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Jack Hamilton of Springfield, Ore.; a grandson-in-law, Jim Cook of Duncan; a great-grandson, James Michael Cook of Moore; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Honorary bearers will be Oscar Rozell, Buddy Rozell, Kenneth Adams, Larry Davidson, Cecil Garvin and Vernon Coffer.
