Joseph "Joey" Wayne Redmon, 33, passed away Thursday, February 6th, 2014 at his home. Mr. Redmon was a native of Sikeston, MO, a son of Donnie and Rita Murray. He grew up in the Paint Lick Church of God, he loved music, spending time with his friends and family. He was a loving father, and enjoyed a very special relationship with his brothers and sister. Mr. Redmond was known for his loyalty. He was an employee of GR Spring and Stamping.
Survivors other than his parents Donnie and Rita Murray, include his son Cody Joseph Ray Redmon; his fiance Jennifer Haddix; his brothers Chris Murray and Willie (Melissa) Murray; his sister Vanessa Murray; his nephews Michael Young and Julian Mullins; his niece Jaelynn Fryer; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends also survive.
Services at the Heritage Funeral Home, 237 N. 2nd St. Richmond, with Rev. Willie Gordon officiating. Burial will follow in the Madison Memorial Gardens.
