Daniel Midkiff Obituary
D.M. Midkiff died yesterday at his home on Alum Creek after a long illness of two months, following a paralytic stroke. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Dolley Midkiff and six Children, all of whom are married.
January 21, 1920

This is the first photo taken several years ago by Earl Brinker and there is another one that was Taken about a year or so ago, and now you can even see the dates, but this one you can, it is really sad that these stones are deteriorating so quickly. Thanks to all the people who take these pictures, because you never know when you are going to be able to see the names and dates of our ancestors Tombstone.

The surname MIDKIFF is readable on this tombstone, and the first letter of the first name might be the letter "D". Stone is in bad shape. Not able to make out any dates. *** this photo was taken in 2011 and shows the erosion of stone from photo taken much earlier when stone was readable. Volunteer, Terri Smith , pointed out that this was Daniels marker when I had listed it as "unknown Midkiff"
