Clyde Monroe Fugett, 43, of Route 1, West Liberty, died Monday, June 24, 1996, at his home.
Mr. Fugett was born September 13, 1952, in Morgan County, Kentucky, a son of Dorothy Adkins Fugett of West Liberty, and the late Clyde Fugett.
He was a farmer.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Charlene Perry Fugett; two sons, John Frank Fugett of Ezel and Timothy Scott Fugett of West Liberty; one daughter, Leshia Jo Fugett of Ezel; one sister, Deborah Goodpaster of Ezel; one grandson, Christopher Scott Fugett; three granddaughters, Tessa Renea Fugett, Tresa Denae Fugett, and Timmi Lerae Fugett; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 28, at Herald and Stewart and Halsey Funeral Chapel with Elder Jesse Smith and Bro. Jimmie Tharp officiating. Burial in the Perry Cemetery at DeHart with Harold and Stewart and Halsey Funeral Home of West Liberty in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were Calvin Perry, Mike Perry, Junior Barker, Dale Elam, Ronnie Bolin and Clinton Perry.
