Achor, Marilyn Elizabeth Section E Lot 18 Marilyn Elizabeth Achor, 66, who has been residing with her nephew and family, Dennis, Sherry, Ryan and Regan Garrison, 1003 Damon Drive, Washington C.H. died Friday, April 14, 2000 at 5:40 p.m. at the residence on 1003 Damon Dr. She had been seriously ill since January. She was born May 8, 1933 in Columbus, Ohio to James M. and Thelma Florella McCoy Achor. She moved to Washington C.H. in 1965 from Cincinnati. She was a 1951 graduate of Wilmington High School and a 1955 graduate of Wilmington College and was very active in both her high school and college alumni associations. She was a floral designer and co-owner and operator of Flowers by Marilee from 1961 to 1998. Prior to that she was a Reservations Agent for Delta Airlines in Cincinnati from 1955 until 1965. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jami and Marvin Loh ofBrookline, Mass; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Eugene Bevan of Winter Haven, Florida and Janet and Carl Pitstick of Fort Myers, Florida; four nephews and nieces, Dennis Garrison and his wife, Sherry, of 1003 Damon Drive; Sean Arthur and his wife, Amy, of Hamilton, Ohio; Alicia Tackage and her husband, Todd, of Washington C.H. and Bruce Bevan and his wife, Adrianne, of Wilmington, Ohio; four grand nephews and nieces, Ryan and Regan Garrison, Andrew Bevan, Sean Nicholas Arthur and a great great niece, Madelyn Marie Garrison. The funeral will be Tuesday, April 18, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. at the Kirkpatrick Funeral Home in Washington C.H. Burial will follow in the Washington Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 4-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Fayette county, P.O. Box 849, Washington C.H., Ohio 43160."
