CANADY--John Rodney Canady, eight-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Canady, of Sanderson, died early Tuesday in a Jacksonville Hospital. He was born in Jacksonville May 23, 1958, and had lived in Sanderson all of his life.
He was a third grade student at Taylor Elementary School, and a member of the Baxter Church of God.
Besides his parents, survivors include a brother, Ronald Jeffery Canady; two sister, Brenda Fay and Wanda Gale, all at home; his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Raulerson, Sanderson, and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. G.A. Brown, Moniac, Ga.,
Services at 4 pm Thursday in Baxter Church of God, Rev. C.H. Rochester, Rev. Gerald Harper, and Rev. Johnnie Yarbrough officiating.
Pallbearers, active; Corley Raulerson, Larry Crews, David Rhoden,l Edwin Chism, Mike Bracewell, Melvin Burnsed, and Billy Raulerson; honorary, his third grade class mates.
