Rylan Carleigh Beth Rose age 2, of Barbourville, the infant daughter of Jack Rose Jr. and Candace Rogers Rose, was born on September 17, 2012 in Corbin, Kentucky. Rylan passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 in the University of Kentucky Medical Center, due to injuries she sustained due to a automobile accident.
Rylan is survived by her loving parents, Jack and Candace Rose of Barbourville; her sisters; Jaycee Samantha Rose and Annie-Caye McKinsey Rose both of Barbourville; her maternal grandparents, Dennis and Joyce Partin Rogers of Barbourville; paternal grandparents; Jack and the late Tina Merida Rose of Barbourville; great grandparents; Loretta and the late Carl Rogers of Barbourville; Kay Partin and the late Phillip Partin of Frakes, Kentucky; Dorothy and Eugene Rose of Barbourville; uncles, Jacob Rose and Travis Rogers both of Barbourville; and several beloved great aunts, great uncles and cousins.
Rylan was also preceded in death by; great grandparents; Samantha and Clint Merida Jr., great great grandparents; Grace and Fount Mills, Martha and Troy Rose and Clint and Axie Merida.
Funeral Services for Rylan Carleigh Beth Rose will be conducted at the Beacon Baptist Church in Barbourville, Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 11:00 am with, Rev. Dennis Chesnut, Rev. Josh K. Smith and Rev. Mike Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with cousins, Chase, Derek, Brandon, Alex, Bryson and Walker serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be all members of Rylan's Sunday School Class, all her daycare friends at the Heavenly Rainbow Daycare and all nurses and staff at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home, Friday, after 6:00 pm and Saturday after 10:00 am until the funeral hour at 11:00 am at the Church.
