MOORE, Mayme R. “Mamaw”, age 86 of Waterford, was born June 30, 1928 in Sweetwater, Tennessee and was freed from the bonds of Alzheimer’s disease while surrounded by her family on September 14, 2014. Mamaw loved God and praised Him in everything she did. She was an active member of the Walton Boulevard Church of God for 65 years. Mamaw spent her time making hand-stitched quilts, baking cakes, shopping on Saturdays, praying and reading God’s Word. She is preceded in death by her husband Willie Edward Moore, father Williams Franklin Patterson, mother Martha Ann Patterson, sisters Hula Mae Powers, Willie Rae Wilkens, Mary Elizabeth Hull and JoAnna Aikens, and her grandson Corey Jackson.
