Lena was born June 30, 1933 in Whitehouse, KY, the daughter of the late Elias and Lena Daniels Duty.
She had a passion for needlework, quilting, and loved gardening. She was always helping others, whether strangers or family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Garnett Miles and one brother, Charlie Boyd.
Services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 27, 2014 at the Bope-Thomas Funeral Home in Somerset with Pastor John Edwards officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Friday,
