Henry McKinnon Fisher spent more than fifty years as an attorney in a small town in eastern North Carolina. He graduated UNC-CH in 1963 and UNC-CH law school in 1969. He passed away quietly at Transitions Hospice and will be buried near his parents.

This photograph was taken by Henry's brother, Bert, in Puerto Rico, soon after he introduced Henry to Barbara. Bert, a physician, and Walter, a medic, were both stationed at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Roosevelt Roads at the time and both had their families with them for the summer. It was serendipity that both Henry and Barbara lived in North Carolina.
