Leah Rae Kubly, 63, of Stevens Point, formerly of Adams, died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at St. Michael’s Hospital, Stevens Point, after a lengthy illness.

Services will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Roseberry’s Funeral Home & Crematory, Friendship. The body will be cremated. Burial will be in Easton Cemetery.

Mrs. Kubly was born Feb. 23, 1938, to Jay J. and Vivian (Allen) Nash Jr. She married Daryl Kubly Sr. Sept. 19, 1968, in Monroe. He preceded her in death.

She served in the U. S. Air Force, and was employed for Consolidated Papers Inc., in its Castle Rock Division, until her retirement.

Survivors include one daughter, Sherry (Dale) Gilmeister, Stevens Point; one son, Daryl (Jill), of Adams; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Jewell (Joe) LaNou, Cadott; and two brothers, William (Pat) Nash, Oklahoma City, Okla., and Jay Nash Jr., Orange Grove, Texas.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3-5 p.m. Friday.
