He was born October 24, 1919 in Farmington, IL to Fred Sr. and Elizabeth (Clark) Stobaugh. He married Montie Maggart on April 24, 1948 in Peoria. She survives of Pekin.
Also surviving are his daughter, Diana (Tom) Price; and two brothers, Fred Stobaugh Jr. and Donald Stobaugh.
He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Stobaugh; sister, Shirley Meyers and brother, Jerry Stobaugh.
Ralph was a machine operator at the Celotex paper factory in Peoria.
Burial will be at Lutheran Cemetery in Peoria.
