Helen L. Harris, 92, Carthage, Mo., passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015, at St. Luke's Nursing Center, Carthage.
Helen LaVonne Weeks was born Aug. 17, 1922, in rural Alba, Mo., a daughter of the late Raymond H. Weeks and Carrie Lasiter Weeks. She was a graduate of Jasper High School, class of 1939.
She married Marion P. Harris on July 14, 1940, in Carthage, he preceded her in death on April 7, 1997.

Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, at the Church of the Nazarene, Carthage. Funeral services will follow at 2:30 p.m. Interment will be in Friends Cemetery, Purcell, Mo.
Services are under the direction and personal care of Knell Mortuary, Carthage.
