Dominick J. Basone, 64, passed away Nov. 11, 2004.
A lifetime resident of the area, Mr. Basone had retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. with 30 years service, was a member of St. Martha Catholic Church and served in the U.S. Marine Corps. during the Vietnam War.
Preceded in death by his wife, Connie Sue in 1993. He is survived by his daughters, Debbie Basone (Pete Pinczes) of Georgia, Rennae Basone, Angela (Jim) Carlin, Christina (Bob) DeVera, all of Akron; sons, Nicholas Basone, Thomas (Sherri) Basone, both of Florida, Rick Bunner of Ak ron; sisters, Joanne Costello of Cuy. Falls, Rosemary (Ted) Major of Stow; brother, Peter (Marian) Basone of Cuy. Falls; grandchildren, Nicole, Angelo, Connie Sue, Nicholas, Brittany Morgan, Jacqueline, Anthony, Zachary, Brittany N., Paige, Crystal, Vinnie, Ashley, Jesse; and great-grandchildren, Scott and Karionna.
