Mr. Hendricks worked for the Rock Island Motor Trucking Company for 25 years and he retired as a dock foreman.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Willena J. Hendricks of the home; four sons, Ricky Hendricks of Jamison; Terry Hendricks; Randall Hendricks and Rev. F. Lee Hendricks of Excelsior Springs, MO; three brothers, Joe Hendricks, Excelsior Springs, MO; Carlos Hendricks, Trenton, MO; and Lawrence Hendricks of Union, MO; two sisters, Florence Rimmer of Richmond, MO; and Hazel Monji of California; and ten grandchildren.
Services were conducted by Rev. Dennis Wistrom today at the Vibbard Christian Church; burial in the Old Union Cemetery in Lawson.
