Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Mae Jenkins age 45, of Buford will be held on Sunday August 16, 1981 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel of Tapp Funeral Home. The Rev. Hugh Lackey, the Rev. Billy Ray Brown and the Rev. Allen Poss will officiate. Burial will be in the Old Field Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Jenkins, who died Friday, is preceded in death by a son Randell E. Jenkins and her father and mother Evie and Tiny Word. She is survived by her husband , Everett Jenkins; daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Johnny Brown of Doraville; son and daughter-in-law Kenneth and Vicky Jenkins of Buford; stepmother Mrs. Lillie Word of Suwannee; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
