Donald Weisenburger, 85, Tuttle, died April 15, 2016 at St. Aloisius Nursing Home, Harvey.

Donald was born January 18, 1931, to John and Lydia Weisenburger. He was raised on the family farm in Tuttle and attended rural school in Kidder County. On October 14, 1952, he was united in marriage to Eunice Rippley at Tuttle. Donald entered the Army in the fall of 1953 and served for 2 years. Upon discharge, they moved to the family farm where they raised their four children and began their life of farming and ranching. They continued to live on the farm until moving into town in 2013.

Donald was a member of the Tuttle Wildlife Club, Tuttle Lions Club and the local VFW. Donald will forever be remembered for his love of auction sales, playing pinochle, fishing and hunting, especially with his children and grandchildren, and visiting with everyone while sharing a cup of coffee.

Donald is survived by his wife Eunice, Harvey; children, Denise (Ed) Bickel, Tuttle, Mark Weisenburger, Tuttle, Steve (Annette) Weisenburger, Tuttle, Todd (Pamela) Weisenburger, Wilton; his six grandchildren, Casey (Greg) Klein, Minot, Grant Bickel, Hazen, Weston Weisenburger, Gackle, Alicia (Dustin) Brossart, Tuttle, Brianna Weisenburger, Wilton, and McKenna Weisenburger, Wilton; great grandchildren, Sarah (Travis) Gumeringer, Bismarck, Chris (Jackie) Klein, Minot, Myah Brossart and Navaeh Brossart, Tuttle, and one great great grandchild, Ben Swanson, Minot; brothers Wilbert (Debby) Wiesenburger, Glendell (Betty) Weisenburger, Arley (Sylvia) Weisenburger, Gary Weisenburger, Garold Weisenburger; sisters Gladys Clapham, Janice (Andy) Anderson; brother-in-law Vernon Rask; sister-in-law Julie Weisenburger and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Rachel (Julius) Wolff, Maynard (Maxine) Weisenberger, Shirley Gruebele, Mildred Rask, Stanley Weisenburger, Leon Weisenburger; sister-in-law Vivian Wiesenburger; brother-in-law Jim Clapham.
