"MRS. OLMSTEAD IS SUMMONED BY DEATH
Neenah - Mrs. Robert A. Olmsted, the former Susan Beals of Neenah, passed away early this morning at the home of her mother, Mrs. E.D. Beals, of 220 North Park avenue, Neenah.
On April 13 of this year she became the bride of Robert A. Olmstead of Green Bay, a staff sergeant in the army, stationed at Camp Livingston, La. After a brief honeymoon they lived in Alexandria, La., where she was stricken with a resurrence of a serious illness, which necessitated her return to her former home here. Sergeant Olmstead, on emergency leave, was here when his wife died.
Mrs. Olmstead attended the Neenah public schools, and Masters school at Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., later graduating from Wells college, Aurora, N.Y. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church.
Surviving beside the husband and mother, are two sisters, Virginia and Catherine.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon at the Beals residence with the Rev. Walter R. Courtenay, pastor of the First Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Auburn cemetery in Cambridge, Mass., where her father is buried."
