He was born on October 25, 1960 in Trenton, New Jersey to the late Ferdinand Guy DeSantis and the late Marie Reynolds DeSantis.
Guy is survived by his wife, Deborah "Tiny" DeSantis, three sons, Gary DeSantis, Anthony DeSantis, and D.J. DeSantis, one daughter, Jenna DeSantis and three grandchildren, Zachary, Austin, and Tatum DeSantis all of Chase City, Virginia.
He is also survived by his half brother, Artie Labunde of Northern VA, one nephew, Derek Weaver, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
He is predeceased by one sister, Gina DeSantis.
He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and an employee for Mecklenburg Electric Cooperative for 27 years.
Guy was an avid hunter and he loved his dogs. He was a beloved coach and took great pride in lawn care.
