Mrs. Marilyn Collins, age 66, of Metropolis, IL, passed away on July 8, 2016 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home in Metropolis with Rev. Trad York officiating. Burial will follow in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens.
Marilyn was a member of Waldo Baptist Church and loved her church family dearly.
Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Annissa Palmer and husband Bobby of Las Vegas, NV; son, Aaron Moore and wife Angela of Jasper, IN; 5 grandchildren, Kaylie Palmer, Katie Palmer, Drew Moore, Dalton Moore, and Colin Moore; one brother, Kenny Wiseman and wife Janice of Metropolis; two sisters, Nonaley Reynolds and Harlene Childress both of Metropolis; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hartley and Mignon (Kotter) Wiseman; husband and father of her children, William Moore; loving husband, Glenn Collins; infant son, Ashley Moore; three brothers, Robert Wiseman, Warren Wiseman, and Lindell Wiseman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 15 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 2:00 p.m. at the Aikins-Farmer Funeral Home.
