Survivors include a daughter Misty Rush at home, five sons, Erick, Mick and Cody, all at home, Cory of Battle Creek and Jason of Indianapolis; a sister, Ginger Justice of Elkhart; and a brother, Nicky of Marathon, Fla. Memorial visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. EST, Monday in Rannells Funeral Home, Koontz Lake Chapel.
